1. The service

Seyir is a mobile app for trip planning and discovery. By using it you accept these terms.

2. Accuracy of information

Place information, photos, distances, durations, weather and directions are compiled from open sources (Wikipedia, Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, OpenStreetMap, etc.) and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check official sources for opening hours, prices, entry rules, road and safety conditions before you go. Directions are suggestions; obeying traffic rules and local conditions is your responsibility.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account and device. You can delete your account in the app at any time (see Account and Data Deletion).

4. Paid features (in the future)

• All features are currently free. An optional subscription may be offered in the future; if so it will be announced in the app first and the terms below will apply.
• The app is free and has no ads; the feature list may change over time.

5. Content and intellectual property

Place photos and text are shown under their own licenses (e.g. Creative Commons) with attribution. Memories and photos you add belong to you; we store them in your account only so we can provide the service. Do not add content that infringes others' rights.

6. Unacceptable use

Automated access that overloads the app or its servers, circumventing protections by reverse engineering, and unlawful use are prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from travel or spending decisions based on information in the app.
